MAME
« on: May 21, 2006, 06:48:03 pm »
I recently got readdicted to MAME.  I'm going to spend the next week or two building an arcade cabinet specifically to use for it.  Any other MAME users out there?  Also, does anyone have recommendations for games to put on it?

I found a site a long time ago that had old game art from the side of cabinets and was put into .ai format (for Illustrator and ImageReady reading). Excellent quality stuff, like old-school mario bros and donkey kong, and loads of other stuff that I never heard of. Ooooo....they also had Root Beer Tapper...weeeeeeeee

I tried MAME a while back, but couldn't get into it much...

btw rav....what did you use to build that cabinet? looks alot like zModeler, but I could be wrong :P

I'm not a MAME user, but I do use emulators often. This year I had a Sega emulator on the school computers.

In order to make it through the world one needs some insanity.
