well, they did capture him. he survived the airstrike. They went to load him onto a stretcher, and he excaped and ran for a very short distance, but his injuries detained him, and by the time he was back on the stretcher, he was dead.

Al Qaeda kills people intentionally.  Any civilians killed in Iraq are accidental.  For the most part, if they would stay out of the way, they would not get injured.  Not as many "innocent" people are being killed as the news media would have you believe.
