The writers now are sort of sucky, unless the old writers would come back for a sequel I hope not.

I hope so. I loved the first one, but since it was a dissapointment at the box office the second one might never happen.

I liked the first one, but did awful in box office (Paramount gave it's release a death toll...how many massive movies were released that one weekend again?)

I believe it was only 1 HUGE movie besides spongebob that was released that weekend. There was another one but it made 3rd place

There were like 2, and then a bunch that were surrounding it in the weeks ahead and before.

Was it the Incredibles? I don't remember, but they were released at the same time. They should of done it in the summer when no kiddy movies were being released, well besides Shrek 2.

ive heard things..im not sure. i know the first SpongeBob movie was awesome but i dont think theyll make a second one. and if they did it would of course be not as good as the first one because its not as original of a plot. but the who knows?
