Topic: Song used in Neptune's Spatula?

Hi spongebob fans,

I would like to know the song used in episode(Neptune's Spatula), it started to play after King neptune appeared from the clouds.
Its kind of a subtle tune.

The tune is very familiar.. certainly have heard it before.. hope someone would know the title of the music.

even though its only a cartoon he represents all the greedy stuck-up facist neo-nazi jerks who butcher immortal cartoons

Spongebob should been a punk and tortured neptune to the bad brains and minor threat and fear in that god awful drug fueled movie that came out two years ago.
