I was wondering if SB met that immortal nicktoon relic that has not been seen since late 96 ROCKO and him and SB trade places like rocko would take SBs job in bikini bottom and SB would go to o-town to work at kind of a-lot of comics and have this be a 5 episode and have vintage 2-D animation for it

Err... no, I think that would ruin SpongeBob. 

I mean, I love both shows, but SpongeBob is just unique in his own way, and shouldn't be merged with other shows.
