Tivo has a T and a V in it, but that doesn't mean it is a television...
They aren't next to eachother though.
Gas Tank has the words Gas and a Tank, but you don't see a Gas-Powered Tank?
Keyboard is for typing, not for you to insert a Car Key onto a wooden board.

Just making my point, that when next to true metal, Nu-Metal is not metal. Not saying I don't like nu metal though, because I do.

Roger, read this post, as it applies for your statement.
Just shut up.  You're overruled!
Sorry, I am not. I was stating my opinion, and you and Roger challenged it because you couldn't seem to accept what I think of nu-metal. I don't mind if you don't like it, but never challenge my opinion into 'debate' (if you can even call this that) if it is not something that will ever effect you or anyone else.

Er...Nick...anything that is Nu Metal is still considered Metal...like Wily said, it has the word Metal in it.  Therefore it's still metal.

I've really gotten into metal recently.  The last few days I've been listening to Killswitch Engage, All That Remains, and Bury Your Dead because I'm seeing them tomorrow.  I've also had some Slipknot going all week too.  And "Planet Hell" by Nightwish has been in my head for a while. :P

Oh and Paige, about Dragonforce, yes they're a metal band.  But they play speed metal.  And their vocals are annoying.  I don't like them. But they're really catchy.

I enjoy them but I am going to agree. Their vocals are horrible. Bleh.
