A little easter egg in Squilliam Returns

In the episode, Squilliam returns, have any of you noticed this? One of the people in the group Squilliam is in, the one with darkish green skin, was wearing a white shirt just like SpongeBob's, and his pant's were the same thing as Spongebob's too, browns with black pockets and everything...

Has any one alse noticed this?

Yeah I've seen that guy too. I've also seen him in The Sponge Who could Fly (lost episode).
