David Bowie on SpongeBob next year
« on: October 11, 2006, 03:45:47 pm »
According to a post on his personal website, David Bowie is voicing a guest character named Lord Royal Highness in a new SpongeBob episode next year.  Does this signal the continuance of a trend of guest celebrities in SpongeBob episodes, starting with the movie in 2004, or is this a one time deal?  Either way, lets just hope that Bowie is a better actor than he was 20 years ago in Labyrinth.

Maybe that episode might be the return of Neptune & Mindy?

David Bowie was amazing in Labyrinth! And since then he's done many other movies. He was in Zoolander, The new movie The Prestige, Guest spot on the TV show Extras. He also did two movies before Labyrinth, the man who fell to earth and Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence. He's been in a lot more to. There is an upcoming animated movie called Arthur and the Invisibles, in witch he plays the villain of the story with Snoop Dog and Madonna. Trust me, when he comes on Sponge Bob, no one will be disappointed.
