My Report On Windows Vista.
« on: February 03, 2007, 07:26:50 am »
I installed Windows Vista Ultimate on my 2nd computer with an AMD Duron 1.6GHz and 512MB PC3200 RAM. It ran good and I checked it out. However, the only thing major difference I saw was Aero which is basically a Windows version of Beryl. It has media center stuff built into it too and voice recognition. Overall, it has way too much crap that people are probably never gonna use and most people will probably need a newer computer to run it. I wouldn't recommend it until you really like the fancy graphics. I don't have any screenshots to show, sorry.

The security will be easily bypassed within weeks. It is Window's after all.

In order to make it through the world one needs some insanity.

I won't even be using Vista. Not even if I do end up using Windows again. In that case, I won't even want to use XP. I'll use Windows 2000.

I'll just save up for my iBook. :)

I thought you wouldn't give Macs a chance. I guess they're not ruined for you.

At the time when I said that, I was playing more games, and not that into media and editing. It's become reversed. :P

Windows is notorious for their systems having issues at the point of their release.  If people want Vista, they need to just wait a lil while and let Microsoft work problems out first.

I want a Mac PowerBook Pro first.  I heard it takes a long time to install if you're upgrading it, and it's better to buy a computer that has it preinstalled.  Besides, I'd have to tear up my computer and get more hard drive and RAM for Vista.
