To make your own you need to have a graphics program like Paint Shop Pro, or as some call it, PSP. I for one, have PSP8. If you want one of those, though, you might have to be willing to pay about 100 bucks.

I prefer the Photoshop/Image Ready combo for graphics work.

I made my icky one on PSP8, I think. You can get a free trial er...somewhere. Just google it.
