It's pretty amusing propaganda. Extremely transparent, even reaching past levels of cartoons like "Der Fuhrer's Face" (look it up if you want a nice history lesson on American propaganda). Of course, compared to some classic American (and Hitler-era German) propaganda, the production values are pretty lousy. For some great propaganda, check out Leni Riefenstahl movies like "Triumph of the Will", or Howard Hawks's "Sergeant York."
