Two New Character Bios

I tore myself away from the forums for enough time to update the Characters section.  There are 2 new bios, Patchy the Pirate and Old Man Jenkins.  According to the polls, the most popular section is Characters, so I'm going to be working on adding more of the minor characters.  :ph34r:

Hey cmonkey you know how you said you're looking for a complete list of SpongeBob characters? Well, no more looking for you. A few weeks ago I made the ultimate and complete list of SpongeBob characters... so far I have 137 and I'm thinking of more...
