Sims2 Bodyshop error

Every time I try to load up bodyshop it keeps saying it has encountered a problem and needs to close...even though the window never opens.
I have also started getting 'animation lagging' and 'sound skipping' recently after installing Pets.

If someone can help, then thanks a bunch.

Go on The Sims website, and download the latest patch for Pets, that should fix your problems.

Or uninstall Pets...it sucks monkey basketballs anyway, buy Seasons...
