Ok, I bought an Mp3 player on amazon and paid with debit and forgot my password the mp3 player broke and I don't know how to get a MONEY refund. Could someone give me a tech support phone number or something or else I'm down about 500$

my warranty's fine I just got it and tech support said it was bad when I couldn't start it

do a "forgot password" thingie and they'll send it to your email

they ask for your credit card number and I didn't use one

... If you paid with debit, put in your debit card number.

Otherwise get it replaced under the manufacturer's warrenty.
