Rocko, Hey Arnold, Rugrats, Ahhh Real Monsters, Angry Beavers, and Doug (yes) are now for download on itunes. Some are just best-ofs though.

...And now they're all (excluding Rugrats, Thornberries; including Danny Phantom) avalible on DVD, on Amazon.com - Rocko's a best of though, and they have no bonus features.
