FLV Converter

Anyone know of any free (or easy to obtain free *hint* *hint*) programs that convert a .flv file into either

.wmv
.avi
.mp4

Preferably .wmv

Everything I've tried (including Riva) either doesn't work or is incredibly off sync.

I just want to play Dr. Horrible on my Xbox damnit :P

Just send me the files you want converted and I will do it for you. I have Adobe Flash CS3 Video Converter.

Theres a whole bunch of hem around. Its the easiest thing to convert YouTube videos (flv) to work on my phone (3gp).
