Oh ya, I guess I forgot to post this.  I made a bunch of minor changes to the banner between January 1st and January 5th, and I think it looks a lot better now.  The partially transparent text lets you see the stuff behind it.  I also changed the shade of blue in the background so it wasn't so loud.

It caused problems for me the old one it would take several minutes to load and I have a 56k modem CSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
