probably not, sound dose not exist if no one is aroudn to hear it

I think it would make a noise. If no body was around to hear it, then people wouldn't hear the noise.

1.  Well, I assume it would move at 2x the speed of light, which is the speed of light relative to the car.  That is assuming that something with mass can travel at the speed of light though.

2.  The crystalization of ice makes it clear I think.  Snow isnt one solid crystalized piece, so it reflects light around making it not clear.

3.  It mixes with enough air and water for the color not to be noticable.

In response to the car one, it wouldn't travel at 2X the speed of light. The light would have to be traveling faster than the car to even be visible (assuming you would be able to see and make sense of things while traveling at the speed of light). Since the car is traveling at the same speed that the light would be, you wouldn't even notice the headlights.

No, when vibrations go through a medium(i.e. the tree hitting the ground) it automatically transforms into a sound, the vibration is the thing that goes through a medium.
