Stalkers With Technology
-Meredith dashes through the shadows of the ABC parking lot-
Inside the Studio
ABC Guy: We need a commercial break in here! Hurry!
Commercial Break
Squidward: We've got to find Meredith. I'm guessing she's still in the Studio, eating, or sleeping, so we'll just have to stake her out.
ABC Guy: That's ridiculous. Knowing her, she'll have put as much distance between us as he could. I'll call my special agents to find him.
Meredith
-Hiding out in the basement of the studio, pouring ketchup over a hot dog-
ABC Guy's Special Agents
Squidward: Their names are Bubble Bass and Pearl… we know them! [Steps outside]
-A helicopter lands on the roof, and Bubble Bass and Pearl step out-
Pearl: We're looking for the producer.
Bubble Bass: Let's just get it over with. I've got better things to do than stalk celebrities.
Pearl: You'd rather be stalked than stalk?
Bubble Bass: Let's just get it over with.
Pearl: Fine.
-Squidward walks up to them-
Squidward: I'll assume you're the agents the producer called.
Bubble Bass: I'll assume you're Albert Einstein.
Pearl: We're in trouble ... He made a joke; this is a bad sign.
Squidward: Listen, the producer thinks Regis made a run for it, and is far from here.
Pearl: That would mean Regis is hiding out somewhere in the studio. Our employer pays big knows little.
Squidward: I figured that much.
Bubble Bass: Come on. Let's just finish it. I can hear Regis.
Squidward: [Can't hear Meredith] What ... ?
Pearl: Her senses are fine-tuned. You'd almost think she wasn't human. Not that I'm that normal either; I think I smell her hot-dog.
Squidward: How about I have a little bout with your friend right now?
Bubble Bass: Suit yourself.
Squidward: Fine.
-Before Squidward finishes talking, Bubble Bass jumps high into the air, lands behind Squidward, and trips him-
-Squidward stands up, and is tripped again-
-Bubble Bass picks up a tree and throws it at Squidward effortlessly-
-Outraged, Squidward powers up and destroys the tree-
-He flies up-
Bubble Bass: That's new. [Raises his arm and is close to press a button]
-Pearl tackles Bubble Bass-
Pearl: Bubble Bass! It's supposed to be destroyed! We kept them as a precaution, we can't use them!
Bubble Bass: Fine. [Lowers hands]
Pearl: Bubble Bass takes life a bit too seriously. You'll have to excuse his nature. We'll just go get Meredith and . . . .[Is interrupted]
Feminine voice: Bubble Bass, I've been searching for you!
Squidward: [Looks at source of voice]
Squidward: Lemme guess; he doesn't care.
Pearl: You said it. Although I'm not sure....
-Bubble Bass runs to the basement, stalking Meredith. The girl (whoever it is) continues to chase him-
Squidward: A stalkee is stalking someone and being stalked at the same time. He's got some luck.
Bubble Bass' Journey
Bubble Bass: [I'm almost there...]
-Bubble Bass gets tackled by… that unknown girl-
That girl: I found you Bubble Bass! [Lets Bubble Bass up]
That girl: [Closes her eyes, begins to daydream]
Bubble Bass: [Runs away]
That girl (Eyes still closed): Why do you run from me, Bubble Bass---? What? Where'd he go.... Dang it!...
Bubble Bass: Meredith! I found you!
Meredith: Hey ... [Notices Bubble Bass is carrying a gun] You're not here to kill me, are you?
Bubble Bass: No, I'm here to take you back to the show.
Meredith: I wish I could quit; this show is nuts.
Bubble Bass: [Thinks of himself] If I was there, you'd have a winner in five minutes. I know everything.
Meredith: Too bad I can't cheat and get you in there.
Bubble Bass: I'd probably give the money back, anyway.
Bubble Bass: I'm too important to stay here, though.
Meredith: Well, I guess you have to take me up, now.
Bubble Bass: Give me a hot dog and I'll let you stay.
Meredith: Deal. [Throws him a hot dog]
Bubble Bass: Mission Failed. [Walks away]
Bubble Bass: [Can't break my trend of never completing my missions, can I?]
That girl: [Tackles Bubble Bass, steals hot dog, and runs away] Got him!
Bubble Bass: Ah, well...
-Bubble Bass, Pearl, and the girl depart, leaving Meredith still in hiding. ABC Guy has no clue anything has happened-
