That was such a great show

it actually began as a series of shorts in 1990
it was like 3 minute things with the narrator Ellen.

all the characters came back in 1993 for the series...

anyway when they were shooting the actual show THEY CAME TO MY OLD HOUSE!!!

they wants my house to be the Pete and Pete house in the opening music video with the rock band. I lived in a 100+ year old home that the nick scouter person really liked...

I was young so i was like "NICKELODEON...LETS DO IT!"

but we would have to move out of the house for 9 full months...

they would shoot the opening music video and my house from all different angles to make a set, and shoot from the outside for shots when they wanted to establish they were in pete's house...

My mom said it was too long and we couldn't do it...so they used the house they went with, i have no idea where that was...It would have been cool to be the Pete and Pete house, but sadly it never happened...lol

My mom said they came back asking to do another show but she said no and never bothered to ask what show it was...so i dont know...o well

Pete and Pete could have been in your house man. Actually, now that I think about it, that's creepy.

why would that be creepy, They wouldn't have gone inside my house, everything was gonna be filmed from outside...

the inside of the house was all going to be a set...
when i said they were gonna make a set i meant  make a set out of the outside...

although being outside my house could have been creepy too...

man i loved pete and pete. i love the episode where pete was like, digging out of his room or something. i would watch it every day.lol

he digs out of his room when he gets grounded and then breathes through the sprinkler system...and he used christmas lights to see outside
