Rocko's Modern Life, but I don't think it was really "cancelled".  It began airing in 1992, ceased making new episodes around 1996, had the reruns run for a few more years till about 2000, when Nick took Rocko off the air.  I don't think that could be considered a "cancellation".  I think it just ran its course, and Nick made room for newer shows.   Invader Zim, on the other hand, that definitely was cancelled.
