i learned something important from my good friend mike p.
skinny kids that aren't well defined EXCEPT that they have huge
arms are always hot to girls in school. It was a given at my HS.
so, in other words, bulk up the arms for the ladies with protien when
you're just working your arms, and keep doing everything you already do.
