On alot of sites it underlines words and says when you mouse over more info.. and directs to a about blank page. I'm confused. It's not just one site. It kind of is getting annoying  :wacko:

Maybe they didn't code it correctly and instead of it being a bubble, it's just a whole page with just some text.
