Well, the SpongeBob Movie may not be the best movie ever, but by far, the best movie based on a TV show.  I don't want to give away any of the plot, since there are probably one or two people reading this who haven't seen the movie yet, but it is amazing.  It is unlike any SpongeBob episode, but it captures the essense of season 3.  It is far more edgy than the show, but it still manages to be kid-friendly.  For some reason... I forsee this movie turning into a cult phenonmenon... it's just that crazy.  Anyway, go see it if you haven't yet, and see it again if you have!

honestly....i think they could have done a much better job on the movie..it dissappoints me that the movie was what i expected...but i still love spongebob!!

Patchy was indeed NOT in it. People may think he was because of the parrot on the shoulder part. But that was not PATCHY. Even the credits did not have PATCHY as the name
