Even though I agree with most of what you are saying, the matter is this: Jamie Spears is the hottest 13-year old on this planet. You may not agree with me; you probably won't. But when someone that young is that smoking, you have to stand up for them.

She doesn't look anything like she does naturally. Dyed hair, sprayed tan. And shes hot if you cover her face with 10 inches of makeup.
