The First Ever End-Of-Year 2004 Art Show!
Ok, so heres what happens. This is like my earlier Art Show, but the second one never finished. The first one did. Anyways, submit your artwork, it has to be Spongebob related, and then after I get the first five submissons, i will make a poll, for peole to vote for the best. The top 2 will move to the final-PM-me your vote finals. Then, you will PM you votes on the two finalsists. Each contestant will recive a: "Thanks For Paticipating, Better Luck Next Time!"award certificate, unless you are the winner. The winner recieves a "CONGRATS! You Won!" award. Durring 2005, i'll have other Art Shows so you can show off other art, and have the chance to your show off your art early. 2005, if i rember, will also have an Ends-Of Year awards, in December 2005. This is for 2004!

1.) Obviously, nothing inapporite. Follow USB Rules.
2.) ALL WORK MUST BE OF YOUR OWN!
3.) No Harsh reveiws. You Can gove Bad Reveiws, But Nothing Too Mean.
4.) HAVE FUN!
