the main cause/s of homelessness is/are:

1) getting in debt and losing everything
2) trying to geta  loan to get you out of debt, but makes it worse
3) the leeching government giving all the money paid for taxes to foreigners who don't need it and not giving it to homeless people who need it
4) kids being kicked out the house by crappy parents maybe?

Many reasons I can think of....

Believe it or not, many of them want to be. They don't want anybody telling them what to do, but these are usually single men. Families would be homeless because of debt most likely...

As much as it makes me sad, I don't give any change to "homeless" people. Who's to say they're REALLY homeless? Even up close, there's no way to tell. If you ask me, the most talented actors are performing on street corners.

Alot of Homeless people have mental Illness. And they can't get a job for that reason.

Although many people will not like hearing this, people are homeless because they are financially inept. They don't know how to handle and manage their finances. Or they are lazy and can't get jobs... at least that is the case in America. In places like Russia, Mexico, or any other third world countries is probably because of their opressive government.

Lots of people live with their parents until they are finished collage... or just until they are stable. Its nothing to be ashamed of. I know way older people who still live at home with their parents :tongue:

Homeless people may be homeless... but they are people none the less. Would you like me to kill you because you have a home? The streets (or where ever they live) is their home. One day you might land up on the streets. You would take back what you just said. They are just trying to survive like every other living thing.
