Oh come on it's not that great.  I just did 100 crunches and my stomach didn't get an inch smaller.

Haha. Doing it for 1 day does not squat. I really doubt you did 100 though. Try to 100 pull-ups on monkey bars :P

See did mussel?  I got it from going to the weight room.  Nobody likes to go, that's why I keep taking elective PE to get a Coach to force me to go every Tuesday and Thrusday 9 months a year.

I'd get a boflex of something. Those seem like fun compared to crunches, pull-ups sit-ups.

I can bet 20 bucks you did girl crunches. Not having your shoulders all the way up. You also do 20 at a time, repititions, not 100 at a time.

Doing something once does nothing. And doing something all at once does nothing. I've lost twenty pounds from just walking 30 minutes a day. Rep-e-titions.

Oh, I get plenty of exercise. I dance twice a week at least. Note, there are repetitions over and over.

Other countries don't emphacize it much because their citizens walk everywhere, so they can walk to a place like McDonalds and not have to worry about it because....they walked.

Great point, so many Americans are so lazy they'll drive half a block to buy pop. But there's a gas staion half a block from my house and I walk, no sidewalks are on my street too.

In order to make it through the world one needs some insanity.
