I finally got Game Maker running in Linux so now I can start working on more games now.

Cool.  I've got game maker too.  What's the game gonna be about?  How do you post the games?  I got a game I never finished if anyone wants to play it.

Yeah I'm running Game Maker 5.3 in it because 6.0 won't work in it.
