I'm runnin' out of ideas 'bout fanfics but here is one idea I have: Squeamish Land.

Here goes.

Narrator: One day, in Squeamish Land, the homeland of Doctor Fishman...

(Spongebob and Patrick walk by Fishman's house, which is a medical anchor.)
SpongeBob: (laughs) Hey, Patrick, we're goin' ta visit my grandpa!
Patrick: I thought she lives in Bikini Bottom.
