Most Fun - Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (For a time), Prince of Persia: Sands of Time, Prince of Persia: Warrior Within OR Owaguhdoogoo

Most Boring - Space Channel 5 or Bust-A-Move

Most Fun: Soul Calibur 2, Mario Party (all except 4 and 6), Conkers Bad Fur Day, The Sims 2, Super Smash Brothers Melee, Mario Power Tennis, Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour, Mario kart: Double Dash, Lost Kingdoms 2.

Most Boring: Shrek Super Party, Turok: Evolution, Yoshi's Story (allthough I adore Yoshi, this game was an insult to his greatness.), Any war games, any football games.

Most fun: Super Monkey Ball 1 & 2 (this series is the definition of fun)
NCAA Football 2003 & 2004 (some of my greatest games were played on these two titles)

Fun: Mario Party Games, GTA Games, DBZ Budokai Games, NBA Live Games, Star Fox Games, Madden NFL Games, some SpongeBob Games

Boring: Jumpstart, Bugs Bunny: Back In Time, Test Drive Games, CoolBoarders 2.

Most fun:  Mario Party 6, Viewtiful Joe 2, 007:  Agent Under Fire, Mario Kart (both), Jak 3.

Most boring:  Kirby Airride, Snowboarding Kids (or something like that), some thing at school, Barbie Horse Adventures.
