MSP, Thunder is very loud than Heavy Metal Music, and Lighting is brigher than probably the light in your room, and since Light and Noise in the factor of waking up someone, you're probably being melodramatic.

Its been raining all over Florida. A crash of thunder woke me out of a dead sleep last night. I love the sound of rain, though....not crazy about thunder.

Last week, there was thunder near my house, and it shook all of the windows in my house. I saw a huge flash of light come through the kitchen window.

It's cloudy here, but it ain't raining at all. But the weatherman said there's an 80% chance of rain today, well I don't see rain at all...yet.
