High voltage switches on a utility pole in north Sacramento CA. USA.
Note the free insulators on the left side of the pole; though you would probably get seriously zapped if you attempted to make off with them.

A pet rat I used to have.
Her name was Missy.
She was on AFV (America's Funniest Home Videos) in November 1998

The same rat; this time in a potted tree.

This sign pointing to a fruit & vegetable farm has been up for at least several weeks; so I do not think it's seasonal for Halloween.

Smile!!!
You're on Candid Camera!!!
This pole-mounted camera is on El Centro Road near Arena Blvd. in north Sacramento CA. USA. A red light on its front blinks at frequent intervals; possibly when it is taking a photograph.

This CATV (cable television) utility line in north Sacramento CA. USA needs no conventional insulators because it carries less than 18 volts, and the plastic insulation over the outer cable is more than sufficient to insulate it from ground.

Pic after a serious windstorm a couple years ago.

A tree about 12 feet over to the right fell and ripped all 3 high lines off and pulled the telephone wires clear to the ground.  Amazingly I could still call people.  I lost power for 8 days

There is no such thing as peace and there never will be. Peace is a delusion believed by the weak. Gandhi said : "An eye of an eye would leave the whole world blind". So be it because only a blind world can experience the peace that it deserves. But there in lay the sick irony. Who will be able to see this peace? The human species is at war. The enemy walks among us nearly invisible. Only those with true discernment can see them. But only one with discernment and vision can show them to others
