I am being cut off by my internet. It will cut off at random times and when I go to certain sites. It says on firefox "connection refused". any help

That happens to me but I do have a wireless connection.

It could be a hacker booting you off the internet, that happened to me a few months ago.

I used to have the same problem. Get a new router or a new company to host your internet
