Here is part one of my new SpongeBob comic, Angler Management. It is about an anglerfish who comes to Bikini Bottom and... Well, I'm not gonna spoil it for you,  so just read for yourself. You have no idea how hard it was to design the anglerfish character, who actually doesn't even appear in part 1. But I didn't have any more finished, and I wanted to start posting it, so here it is.

I'll hopefully get part 2 done soon. Oh, and if you haven't read the first SpongeBob comic I made, click here. It was actually pretty good toward the beginning, & it got not-so-good toward the end. But hopefully this one'll be better.
Anyway, please tell me what you think.

Oh, wow. The drawings are amazingly like 2nd season. I like the plot a bit, too, but I guess I have to wait until it develops a bit more.

How the spongebobs looked so similar is good! Whenever I draw spongebob, he varies a bit from drawing to drawing.

In the spirit of pickyness, I just have one thing for the next part you're working on. Comics look a bit better with capital letters. Just being picky.

Yah, you're probably right. But I'm too impatient to take the time to draw each square with a ruler. Maybe for my next SB comic I'll print out squares off the computer.

Anyway, glad you guys like it so far. I haven't got very far into part 2, but hopefully I'll have it done soon.

I did the square method with some of my old comics. It works, but feels too restrictive to me.

Get 2 pencils. One for the drawings (The one your using) and one nice and sharp one for text.
