Does anyone here know any good 2-D animation programs with the following conditions?

1. You can add sound, not like a gif animator

2. Is free or at least affordable within a few weeks for a person who gets $10 a week

3. Will run on Windows 98

4. Isn't really hard to use

If you could help, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

Cinema4D can do 2d, but you have to render everything yourself. Its also $2000.

Go look at OEM discs. I got Macromedia Studio MX 2004 Pro for $100 just by getting an OEM disc. I saved about 90% off from retail. The thing is though if you want technical support or discounted upgrades, you'll be out of luck with OEM discs, they're not offered with it, but the disc included many help files already and there are lots of websites and books out there that you can look at for help just for the sake of saving money. To look for them, just type in OEM disc or the software title in google and see what you get.
