Well I think maybe I mean he hasn't been spamming or making useless and annoying topics like before, but he has been making useless posts occasionally, that's why I'm putting a maybe, what do you think?

The only thing that has changed about him is that he doesn't care what other people think. Other than that he hasn't changed.

Yeah I know, but this is a thread just to know if you think MSP has changed. Although this MIGHT be pleasing to MSP who has been the #1 hated member in this forum ever since.

Yeah MSP also came back twice as KL173. The only thing is that he CHANGED his IP Address to make sure cmonkey doesn't know that he is MSP. Well Hiei just lacked common sense, he asked himself to be banned and now he is, MSP just made useless topics over-and-over that really bugged me. So yea, you can name either MSP and Hiei as the two most hated members here.

I agree. He was a member of my old board which got deleted and I banned him then he rejoined and did the same thing.
