1. It wasn't a nuke. It was a demolition of a mountain to make way for a dam.
2. North Korea has done wrong. Thier dictator has ordered missle tests in the neutral Sea of Japan. They have been working on building nukes for a while, and they have threatened to use them. It has been a wonder to me as to why we attacked Iraq but not North Korea. Both were labelled as part of the Axis of Evil. Iraq "might" (doesnt, but our foolish government thought they could have) have nuclear weaponry, while N.K. has the fuel, the technology, and the will to do so. Saddam had backed off of doing inhumane acts in the late 90's, while N.K. is getting worse. Saddam did not have the capability or will to attack us or our Allies. N.K. has ballistic missiles with enough range to hit Japan and South Korea. Hmm, oil anyone? Iraq has plenty of it, N.K. does not...
