A Big Blow!
« on: October 02, 2004, 05:21:24 pm »
Did anywone know, that i think last night. Mt. St. Helens, let out some steam an ashes, and some scientists are saying that it might erupt tonight. It isn't supposed to be as big as the one in '8os(I heard that on the news) but it is Level 3, and people are being evacuated. I think the news said that it can take lives.

:-\

I wouldn't trust it at all. I'd get out of there as soon as I possibly can. When volcanoes are to erupt, you can't even trust your shoes.

If they're saying it can take lives, the people in charge shouldn't skimp on the safety of the people. O.o

Well. A volcano eruption is a dangerous thing. Better to be worried and okay, then nonchalant and dead.

yes, washington state. This could be really bad. I've seen video of when it errupted in the 80s. Unbelieveable.

Same here. It's not supposed to be as bad. I just got home from taking my dog for a walk, and guess what. I think I missed the erruption. Unlees it was footage from the 80's(I don't think it was) I caught one glimpse at the end of the footage. I don't think it was live. I think it was being showed again,I think it missed it live.

Never mind, I don't think it blew up yet.
