A subject entitled "Bye" generally implies that you're leaving for good. Have you seen anyone with the subject "Bye" and then with a message that says "I'm going to the store to get milk. See ya."?

I said Im leaving, and Im not gone yet.

I will be gone soon, but my supervisor hasn't gotten back to me, and it looks like I might say for good unless I really do have to go.

LOL!!! Bwhahahaha!!!! Funny. I don't think you need to say you're leaving just for a bottle of milk in the store (LOL!!!). Plus, I knew he was coming back after all, I'm lacking trust in him now.
