To be honest, and I know I'll be flamed for this, but I am all for this. I'm sick of seeing the morons go around showing off the rear ends and their underwear. It's called underwear for a reason. I am not supposed to see it and I don't want too.

It bothered me at school if a girl was wearing boxers and you could see a bit of them, you were told to pull up your pants but guys had their pants almost around their ankles! I then started wearing boxers over top of my pants. They arent underpants unless they are under your pants! LOL. It was awesome fun. I dont really care if guys want to show off their boxers. Some of them have awesome designs!
