I see what happened to Canada happen to the US if that happened. The president BEFORE the female candidate would screw everything up before he left office, just to make her look bad. That's basically what happened to Kim Campbell. Make her look bad, so we won't have another woman candidate.

I bet you anything Gonzales will run for president in 08'. If he won he would be Americas'a first Mexican president. And Hillary will be running too and if she wins she will be our first female president... but hopefully she will not win.

Hilary Clinton has said numerous times that she doesn't want to run for President in '08.  I agree with Greendayfreak; it should just be who is best for the job.

I think it depends. I believe that when more women are leaders, there would probably be less wars and corruption. Although women are less tolerant in foreign policy so sometimes we might be ignored by the rest of the world.
