okayI looked in the miror a few minutes ago and I am breaking out all over my nose my forhead and my chin can someone give me some advise to get rid of it!!!!! plzzzzzzzzzzzz

Run it under hot water for about 15-30 minutes

That doesn't work... there really isn't a definant cure. Just deal with it like I did... poppin em.

DON'T pop them.  That is a good way to get scars.  Wash your face with a good facewash and avoid junk foods.  Junk food helps acne.  You might also want to try a little bit of rubbing alcohol on them.  Ammonia is actually good too.

Yah, I do have a few scars on my face but at least the zits are gone... you can cover up the scars with face cream.

Just put toothpaste or shampoo on your bad spots and leave it overnight. It'll reduce tremendously.

Put mouthwash or strong toothpaste on it.

 EDIT: Hearing that word...pop...in an acne topic...is getting me grossed out.
