My fav is Super Mario Bros. 3 for NES. It's classic. But still the best.

Madden 2004 is pretty good but definitely not the best EVER. Theres many classics like Mario 3 and Super Mario World and stufflike that.

Old school platformers are great... Super Mario Bros 3.

As far as new games go, I'm a fan of FPSs like Halo, Counter Strike, etc.
