They do it through this thing called the Admin CP. Only mods can view it. If you're a mod, you see it right by your name at the top (It only says Log Out there if you're a member). That's where they control almost everything and they can find/edit/suspend users in one section

I didn't do it, but I'm sure that it was for a very good reason if someone did change it. The way you talk to us doesn't really help either. Most forum Admins/Moderators don't enjoy being called "losers".
